Register for Membership Toolkit!

The 2024-2025 school year will be our second year that Heights HS PTO is using our new platform to communicate important news & updates.  This includes a new store front for all donations & spirit wear sales. To ensure you continue to receive our weekly newsletter about school happenings, events and volunteering opportunities, please register your information as indicated below.  Don't forget to download the app on your phone.

It is very important that you complete these steps to ensure you don't miss any information.

• Go to https://www.heightspto.org/

• Click on the Login/Register button. If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.

• Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.

• Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

• Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.

Once your account has been created:

1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information forms **

2. Complete the Directory Preferences.

3. Once these forms are complete, you will have all your Heights HS PTO communications and announcements in one place! Plus, you'll be able to make purchases in our school store and view the school directory.

El año escolar 2024-2025 sera nuestro segundo año que el PTO de Heights HS utilizará esta nueva plataforma para comunicar noticias y actualizaciones importantes. Esto incluye un nuevo frente de tienda para todas las donaciones y ventas de spirit wear. Para asegurarse de continuar recibiendo nuestro boletín semanal sobre acontecimientos escolares, eventos y oportunidades de voluntariado, registre su información como se indica a continuación.  Recuerda bajar la app en tu telefono móvil. 

Es muy importante que completes estos pasos para asegurarte de no perderte ninguna noticia.  

Visita a http://heightshspto.com/.  Elige español como tu lengua preferida usando el boton ubicado arriba a mano izquierda de Google Translate.

• Haga clic en el botón Login/Register. Si ya tiene una cuenta con otra organización que usa Membership Toolkit, puede usar el mismo correo electrónico y contraseña para iniciar sesión. A continuación, puede continuar con los pasos enumerados a continuación.

• Seleccione "Crear cuenta" y complete la información de nombre, correo electrónico y contraseña.

• Haga clic en "verificar mi correo electrónico" y luego verifique su correo electrónico en busca de un enlace para completar el proceso. El enlace caduca en 2 horas. Si no recibe el correo electrónico, revise sus carpetas de spam o basura.

• Una vez que haya verificado su dirección de correo electrónico, vuelva a iniciar sesión y finalice el proceso de registro.

Una vez creada su cuenta:

1. Complete los formularios de información de padres/familia y estudiante **

2. Complete las Preferencias de Directorio.

3. Una vez que estos formularios estén completos, ¡tendrá todas las comunicaciones y anuncios de la PTO de Heights HS en un solo lugar! Además, podrá realizar compras en nuestra tienda escolar y ver el directorio escolar.
