PTO Board Nominations Needed: Treasurer & Secretary

Detail-oriented people, HEIGHTS PTO NEEDS YOU! We are looking for people who love numbers and words for two important positions - Treasurer and Secretary.
Primary responsibilities are:
- Treasurer: Maintain bank account; pay bills and reimbursements as needed; update and present a written monthly report of the budget.
- Secretary: Works with Executive Board to develop overall goals and strategies and budget; records and reports minutes of PTO and Executive Board meetings; keeps record of attendance at PTO and Executive Board meetings; is responsible for PTO correspondence; maintains PTO documents.
